Terms and Conditions

By engaging Nik Soft Designs LLP for website or software development services, the client agrees to the following terms:

Service Engagement

Work begins only after formal agreement or proposal approval.
Scope, timeline, and pricing will be detailed in the proposal or service agreement.

Intellectual Property

Clients own the final deliverables after full payment.
We may showcase the work in our portfolio unless instructed otherwise.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality for any sensitive data shared.

Liability

Nik Soft Designs LLP is not liable for losses or damages arising from the use of the software or website after delivery, especially in cases of third-party interference or client-side modifications.

Amendments

Any request for changes in scope after project initiation must be mutually agreed upon and may incur additional costs and timeline extensions.

Limitation on Claims

All claims related to the project or services must be raised in writing within 15 days of delivery. Claims made after this period may not be considered.

Force Majeure

We shall not be held responsible for delays or failures resulting from events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, technical failures, or governmental actions.

Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to Delhi jurisdiction under Indian law.
